How To Use It:
To make as a milk tea at 1-2 tsp to a warm 1 cup of any milk of your choice. We prefer almond or oat milk. Add more spices & aromatics for flavor and even more anti-oxidant health benefits: sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon and nutmeg and organic maple syrup for a little sweetness. Alternative 1 cup of boiling water in place of milk. You can also add it to overnight oats.
